Returns & Exchanges
We hope you are satisfied with your purchases, but if for any reason you need to return something you can return most items free of charge. Please follow the instructions below so that we can process your return as quickly as possible
- Request a Return Authorisation number within 7 days of the delivery date by emailing email@example.com quoting your invoice number
- Fill in a Returns Form included in your delivery and enclose it with the item(s) to be returned
- Pack the jewellery in the original packaging and use Return Freepost Polylopes provided with the order to ensure that you are not charged for returning your item.
- Send your jewellery through Royal Mail Special Delivery within 7 days of receiving the RA number
Please note that bespoke items and sized jewellery rings cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded but we will do our best to assist you with most suitable size and any other item feature.
If you are not fully happy with your purchase and would like to exchange it for an alternative item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
within 7 days of receiving your jewellery. Exchange items will be dispatched after the returned items have been received and are subject to product availability. Please note that you will incur any shipping costs for such exchanges. Bespoke items cannot be exchanged. To return an item to us for exchange, please follow the procedure described above for returns.
We take utmost care for the goods to reach you in ideal condition. In an unlikely event that the items reach you damaged or a manufacturing fault becomes obvious during the first 3 months after the delivery, please follow procedure as for other returns described above. Please note that all faulty items are inspected and only genuine manufacturing or delivery faults form a basis for return; fair wear and tear as well as accidents do not. However where possible, we will try to repair the items on request.
